What we found
The Crown Estate is procuring Building Surveying Services Framework under a framework with a maximum value of £84m.
What it may mean
A framework of this size may indicate a sustained pipeline of call-off packages rather than a single project. The stated maximum is a ceiling across all call-offs, not the value of any one contract. Individual call-off or package notices would be the stronger next signal.
